Freselle with Tomatos


  • tomatoes to taste

  • freselle

  • Evo oil qb

  • sale q.b.

  • origano q.b.

  • garlic


Take freselle strofinarci and a garlic sliver above. After the freselle go pour a little water.

Cut the tomatoes in half and the pulp strofinarci above (if you wish you can then cut the pezzttini of what remains and add them over the freselle). Add over freselle salt, oregano and oil (also fresh basil if you have) and the dish is ready!
