You can use either the green asparagus that white ones, but the recipe is delicious even if prepared with wild asparagus.
Ingredients: Asparagus, olive oil, slices of ham and provolone cheese slices or type your own. Wash and boil the asparagus in salted water. When the asparagus are cooked, or when their tip is tender but still crisp, drain and gently freddateli. Meanwhile an oiled baking sheet with olive oil and place of the asparagus you have wrapped, once cold, with cheese and ham. Bake in preheated oven at 180º for 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
