The approach is to build the information that you already know and offer the most support needed, so that the frequency of your visits depends on your needs. Initially, many customers prefer to come weekly to maintain motivation. Once they have made fundamental improvements, most people can usually extend their visits monthly. In the long term, you will have significant benefits with visits every 3 or 6 months to make sure you maintain excellent control of your condition.
