BROAD BEAN SOUP WITH DRIED TOMATOES
200 g of dried or fresh beans
5 dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil Ages
1 peperoncin0 dry
Fill a pot with dell 'water, salt, pepper, beans and dried tomatoes. Chop onions and add to the pot. Allow to cook over low heat the whole, adding water as necessary, for 1 hour. Shortly before the end of cooking add the oil.
