
Simple recipes for preparing vegetables
Ingredients:
Vegetables (zucchini, pumpkin, fennel any other ofyour choice)
Onions or garlic
Dried tomatoes if you want
oil extra vergine
salt
Chilli or pepper
ginger
Preparation:
Take the vegetables and cut it. In the same pot add the onions or garlic, salt, ginger, chili and oil, and let it all cook together until the recipe is ready!
