For two people:

- 300 gr. of chicken breast prepared without ribs and cut into large pieces into fillets.

- oil, ginger powder, salt, garlic.

Let stand half an hour chicken in a lemon juice.

Put this mixture with lemon juice, a little 'oil, one teaspoon of ginger powder, a piece of clove of garlic, cook slowly in a large pan without the chicken pieces overlap. After 15 minutes when it is golden and cooked sufficiently (not long because the meat may become dry), a few minutes before you stop cooking, add salt and mix. A sage leaf as a flavoring and ornament can decorate the plate.
