FEIJOADA DE CAMARAO (italian style)
- 250 gr. seafood (mussels, shrimp, cuttlefish, squid, even frozen) - 1 can of kidney beans or boiled cannellini - 100 gr. of tomato sauce - 50 ml. white wine - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 1 clove of garlic - parsley - Pepper - Pepper
Prepare a large pan, preferably earthenware, which pour the oil and chilli for a light fry. Then add the seafood, season them with garlic and sprinkle possibly white wine. When this has evaporated, pour the tomato, beans, fresh parsley and a pinch of pepper. At this point let it boil for 20 minutes, season with salt and serve with bread.
