FRITTATA WITH PRIMROSES


Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 5 eggs

  • of flour Satin Spoons

  • 4 handfuls of primrose flowers and leaves

  • Violets only flower with stem

  • salt and pepper

  • onion

  • frying oil

Preparation: Clean the plant primroses and violets (only flower with stem); Wash new leaves and flowers and chop. Put the mixture into the pan with a little oil to soften and together for a few cold composed minuto.a merging it with previously beaten eggs with a bit of onion and a spoonful of flour, add a pinch of salt and salt pepper. mix well.

All must be liquid enough to have widened in the pan.

Riungere the frying pan, hot oil pour the mixture and fry about 10 minutes per side.
